Country Star Lashes Out at Fans Taking a Selfie During Concert

Miranda Lambert called out a set of fans during her live performance on Saturday night, evoking a diverse response from the remaining Las Vegas crowd.

Just moments into her popular song "Tin Man," Lambert addressed the audience, "I'm gonna stop right here for a second.… These girls are worried about their selfie and not listening to the song. It's p---ing me off a little bit," she said pointing to an area in the crowd.

"I don't like it, at all," she said to cheers. "We're here to hear some country music tonight, I'm singing some country damn music."

"Sit down," she told the group, pointing for them to take a seat. "Shall we start again?" she then asked the crowd, before beginning the song.

As Lambert carried on with her performance, the audience's response varied. Some started cheering, whistling, and expressing their support for the 39-year-old star, while others chose to leave the venue in a show of disagreement.

In a fan-recorded video, there's a voice that can be heard saying, "Let's go. C'mon. You don't do that to fans."

Lambert is scheduled to continue her Velvet Rodeo stint with the next show set for Wednesday.
