As supporters gathered outside of Walter Reed hospital to support the president, he surprised them with a slow drive-by in a Secret Service SUV, complete with a mask.

He waved at supporters and they happily cheered and waved back.
Shortly before his surprise visit, he posted a video on Twitter saying, “I learned a lot about COVID [Chinese coronavirus]. I learned it by really going to school, this is the real school, this isn’t the ‘Let’s read the book school’ and I get it, and I understand it.”
