The state's business department has alleged multiple infringements by the facility, such as the prohibition of "lascivious exhibition" in front of individuals under 16 years old. However, the degree to which this law is typically enforced remains unclear.
According to the department, the performers donned provocative attire and artificial female genitalia, and also mimicked acts of self-pleasure.

Hyatt Regency Miami can continue to serve alcohol until a final decision is made by the department. The establishment has a 21-day window to request a hearing, as informed by Beth Pannell, the department's spokesperson, to Insider.
