Constitution Of A Deity: RFK Jr. Jokes About Trump’s Fast Food Habits

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. sparked laughter this week after marveling at President Donald Trump’s fast-food eating habits, jokingly stating he doesn’t "know how he’s alive."

Appearing on "The Katie Miller Podcast" on Tuesday, Kennedy was asked which member of the cabinet had the "most unhinged eating habits." Without hesitation, he pointed to the President, noting Trump's frequent consumption of McDonald's and Diet Coke while on the road.

"The interesting thing about the president is that he eats really bad food, which is McDonald's, and then, you know, caffeine and Diet Coke," Kennedy said. "He drinks Diet Coke all the time. He has the constitution of a deity. I don't know how he's alive, but he is."

The "MAHA" Vision vs. Campaign Reality

The lighthearted comments highlight the contrast between the President's personal tastes and his administration's "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA) initiative. Just last week, the HHS and USDA released updated federal dietary guidelines that "declared war" on added sugars and ultra-processed foods.

Kennedy clarified that Trump actually eats "really good food" when at Mar-a-Lago or the White House. He noted that the President primarily turns to major corporate brands like McDonald's or KFC while traveling because he "trusts it" and "doesn't want to get sick."

"I think you get this idea that he's just pumping himself full of poison all day long," Kennedy told Miller. "But I think he actually does eat pretty good food usually... I mean, he’s got incredible health."

White House Responds to "Constitution of a Deity"

The White House leaned into the Secretary's characterization. Spokesperson Kush Desai defended the President's stamina, noting that his energy levels remain a focal point of his leadership style.

"Secretary Kennedy is right: as his golf championships and flawless physical report results indicate, President Trump has the constitution and energy levels most young people could only dream of having," Desai said in a statement to FOX News Digital.

Recent medical reports support the administration's claims. Following a comprehensive checkup at Walter Reed in October 2025, Navy Capt. Sean P. Barbabella confirmed the President "remains in exceptional health." The report noted that Trump’s weight has dropped to 224 pounds—a 20-pound decrease since 2020.

Despite his 80th birthday approaching this June, the President maintains a rigorous schedule. He recently revealed that he takes 325 milligrams of aspirin daily for cardiac prevention, which he claims keeps his blood "nice and thin."

As the HHS continues to roll out new nutrition standards targeting artificial dyes and preservatives, Kennedy’s candid remarks serve as a reminder that the "America First" health agenda is moving forward, even if the man at the top still enjoys a Big Mac now and then.
