Yikes! According to reports, a top aide to former Senator Martha McSally has pleaded guilty to stealing more than $100,000 in campaign funds during McSally's 2018 Senate bid.
The Hill reports:
The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced that Anthony Barry, who was a consultant and a deputy campaign manager for McSally, admitted he took more than $115,000 from her campaign in 2018 and 2019.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 6 over one count of unlawful conversion of campaign funds, which carries up to five years in prison.
DOJ says a deputy campaign manager and consultant for former U.S. Senator Martha McSally, Anthony Barry, 33, pleaded guilty today to the theft of more than $115,000 in campaign funds from the McSally for Senate Campaign in 2018 and 2019.

According to the DOJ, Barry “used his position in the campaign to fraudulently direct the campaign to make payments to him beyond what he was owed for his salary and had the fraudulently obtained funds deposited into his personal bank account.”
When The Hill requested a statement, Barry's law firm, Charity Clark Law said that they are "not prepared to make a statement" but "will likely address the situation."

On Wednesday, Democrat Representative Pramila Jayapal told CNN's Alisyn Camerota that she was pleased with the FBI's raid of former New York Mayor and Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
“Well, going back to the first impeachment trial, Alisyn … we that knew Rudy Giuliani was a very important figure in everything that was happening,” she said about the FBI raiding his Manhattan apartment. “And so I’m not surprised by this. I think it’s an important development and we have to keep people accountable. I’m glad the FBI is doing what they’re doing.”

RNC's McDaniel to GOP: 'Don't Get Comfortable About 2022'
Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel warned the GOP on Tuesday that they should not get comfortable when it comes to taking back the House in 2022.
"I never want to get comfortable," she told Fox News'host Harris Faulkner. "I want everybody to work hard. We can take back the House. It is five seats away. Usually, it's 26 seats in a mid-term. Republicans have to show up. We have to be united. Let's remember what Joe Biden is doing to this country and not focus on our inner disputes. A Califortnia archbishop from the hometown of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi spoke out against her and President Joe Biden, suggesting that they should be denied communion for supporting abortion.
