A heckler interrupted the speech of President Joe Biden at his appearance in Philadelphia Thursday.
The heckler decided it was a good time to intervene as Biden was talking about a “willingness to see each other not as enemies but as fellow Americans” At that moment the heckler stormed in with a "F*ck Joe Biden" chant.
Biden heard the chant and said that people are allowed to dissent.
“Look, our democracy isn’t perfect, it always has been, notwithstanding those folks you hear on the other side there. They’re entitled to be outrageous. This is a democracy. But history and common sense-” Biden said as the crowd began to applaud.
“Good manners is nothing they’ve ever suffered from,” Biden continued.

Biden used much of his speech to divide the country further.
“Too much of what’s happening in our country today is not normal,” Biden said. “Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundation of our republic.”
“They fan the flames of political violence,” Biden continued.
