Not long ago some of Joe Biden's notes revealed some VERY specific instructions for the president. They looked as if they had been written for a 6-year-old. Here is the photo with the notes that went viral:

Today Joe Biden did something that made you realize why those instructions were so specific. In one of his cringiest moments yet, Biden actually read "repeat the line" instead of repeating the line.
Yikes.
Joe Biden accidentally reads the teleprompter telling him to repeat the line. He just keeps getting worse. Do we really have 30 more months of this? Scary. And sad. pic.twitter.com/m7o908C72m

Say what you will about Kamala, but her ability to keep a straight face there was unbelievable.
As Clay Travis said, the thought we have 30 more months of his is very scary and sad.
Sadly this isn't the first time Biden has had an incident like this.
“And, by the way, you may have heard the CEO of Walmart yesterday on the steps we’ve taken. He said, and I quote, ‘The combination of private enterprise and government working together has been really successful,’” Biden said during a different address from November. “He went on to say, ‘All the way through the supply chain, there’s a lot of innovation.’ Because of the actions we’ve taken, things have begun to change. End of quote.”
Newsweek debated that this moment was "taken out of context."
“Saying "quote"/"end of quote" (or "end quote") is a standard verbal device for demarcating a direct speech citation and is not a teleprompter "stage direction." Failing to close an opened quotation would typically be considered bad etiquette,” wrote Newsweek.
