It's good to see a business step up and take action when it comes to race relations in America. Uber Eats is doing its part to help black-owned businesses.
Uber Eats is going to promote black-owned restaurants on its app and will not charge delivery fees to their restaurants “for the remainder of the year.”
The company will also offer discounted rides to black-owned businesses “who have been hit hard by COVID-19,” but the discount amount was not disclosed.
