Tom Brady celebrated Mother's Day with a heartfelt post on social media, acknowledging all the important mothers in his life, including Bridget Moynahan and Gisele Bündchen.
He shared a slideshow featuring his mother, sisters, and the mothers of his children: Jack, Ben, and Vivian.
"Happy Mothers Day to these kind, caring, compassionate and POWERFUL moms that I’m lucky to have in my life. None of this would be possible without your love," Brady wrote on Instagram.
This post comes just a week after a Netflix roast targeted Brady, Moynahan, and Bündchen with jokes about their relationships.
During the roast, comedians made several pointed jokes at the expense of both Moynahan and Bündchen. The event stirred up some responses.
Following the roast, Moynahan made a cryptic statement on social media: "Loyal people take s--- more personal because they never would’ve did that s--- to you."
Reports from People magazine suggest Bündchen felt "deeply disappointed" by the roast, noting it also affected their children.
Brady has reportedly apologized to Bündchen for the discomfort caused by the roast jokes.
Comedian Nikki Glaser, known for her humor at the roast, said to TMZ, "I had to go there because it was a roast," but she would apologize if she met Bündchen personally.
