Wanda Cooper-Jones, the mother of Ahmaud Arbery, described President Trump as "very compassionate" after their private meeting on Tuesday. Their meeting was prior to President Trump signing an executive order aimed at reforming police tactics in America.
During "Special Report" on Fox News, host Bret Baier played audio of Cooper-Jones describing her experience meeting with President Trump.
"I was very, very emotional throughout the whole conference," she said. "[Trump] was very compassionate. He showed major concern for all families. Not just one family, but for all families."
She added: "I can say that President Trump was very receiving. He listened and he addressed each and every family accordingly."
President Trump took to Twitter to pay a compliment to Cooper-Jones and offer a sentiment on her son.
