Country Star Responds to Bud Light's New Ad Campaign

Travis Tritt, the country singer-songwriter, declared on Twitter that he will no longer include Anheuser-Busch items in his tour hospitality rider. This comes as a response to the criticism the company is facing over Bud Light's recent promotion featuring transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney.

"I will be deleting all Anheuser-Busch products from my tour hospitality rider. I know many other artists who are doing the same," Tritt tweeted Wednesday evening.

Several hours later, the artist who has sold multiple platinum records posted another tweet, which featured a picture of the Ru Paul's Drag Race team partnering with the Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey brand.

"All the Jack Daniels drinkers should take note," he wrote.

A Twitter user requested Travis Tritt to provide a detailed list of Anheuser-Busch products, and Tritt responded to the inquiry.

"Here they are," Tritt wrote accompanied with a list of brands including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Corona, Michelob Light, Rolling Rock, Busch, Natural Ice, O’Douls, Red Hook, and more.

Joining the chorus of dissent against Bud Light's controversial promotion of Dylan Mulvaney's "365 Days of Girlhood," Travis Tritt has expressed his opposition to the campaign, becoming the latest public figure to do so. The promotion has sparked considerable outrage on social media, with many users denouncing it. A number of people even speculated that the announcement was an April Fool's prank due to its negative reception.
