Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden told reporters last week that voters will know his stance on court packing AFTER the election. Now he he claiming that he is "not a fan" and accused President Donald Trump of packing the court with the Amy Coney Barrett nomination.
“I’m not a fan of court packing, but I don’t want to get off on that whole issue. I want to keep focused,” Biden told WKRC. “The president would like nothing better than to fight about whether or not I would in fact pack the court or not pack the court, et cetera. The focus is, why is he doing what he’s doing now?”
“Court packing's going on now," Biden continued. "Never before, when an election has already begun and millions of votes already cast, has it ever been that a Supreme Court nominee was put forward,” Biden said. “And one of the reasons is the only shot the American people get to determine who will be on a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court or federal court is when they pick their senator or their president.”

Court-packing involves expanding the number of justices on the nation’s highest court and filling the new seats with liberals to overcome the current conservative majority. It was rejected the last time it was proposed, in the 1930s.
Biden has remained vague on court-packing since the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg last month. In Arizona, he tried to frame the issue as something only the media cared about.
“Look, I know it’s a great question for you all and I don’t blame you for asking,” he told reporters, “but you know the moment I answer that question the headline in every one of your papers will be about that.”
The Democrat nominee added that focus should remain on the fact that the “election has begun” and “there has never been a court appointment once an election has begun.”
The left is doing everything they can not to lose the Supreme Court because they know once that seat is filled with a pro-life Conservative, Roe v. Wade will likely be overturned....and Democrats can't stand the idea of losing their precious abortion rights.
