A California-based Amazon delivery driver wholly embraced a customer's invitation to refresh himself by swimming in their pool. Instead of just dipping a toe in or stripping down to his undergarments to relish the cool reprieve, he opted for a different route.
This man had no intention of half-measures. If he was going to submerge, it was going to be in full attire. And that's precisely what happened. He removed any items from his pockets and made a beeline for the diving board.
At this juncture, I was anticipating a fully dressed cannonball or the like. Yet, to my delight, this individual executed a flawless headfirst dive, just like a seasoned diver — barely a ripple on the water's surface.
The whole spectacle was captured by the homeowner's security camera. In the footage, the Amazon driver can be observed traversing the rear of the property. He heads towards where he's presumably meant to leave the package, passing right by a swimming pool.
After depositing the package at the back door, his gaze is captured by the pool. He completes the delivery process on his handheld gadget, then empties his pockets onto a nearby table. He gives the water a final glance before making his leap.
As it happens, the delivery driver's interest in the pool was sparked by a message left by the customer. The customer's note stated, “If you want to go for a swim, you are welcome to.”
In a video shared on social media, the customer confessed that he didn't anticipate the delivery driver would really act on his invitation. He said, “I didn’t expect him to do it UNTIL I checked the security footage… Bro let his intrusive thoughts win.”

This driver knows when it's hot out and you have a chance to dive in a pool, you take it. Personally, I would have at least taken my shoes off, but obviously this man was working hard and feeling the heat.
