Republicans stand for God, family, and country. They bring the ideals of 1776 into today. But Vivek Ramaswamy shared a secret about those beliefs. One he says the mainstream media won’t share.
"It's not just Republicans who share these ideals. Most Americans actually do," Ramaswamy said. His new Fox Nation series dives into the "truths" behind big issues in America.
"I traveled the country as a candidate last year," he explained. "What I learned is that we aren’t as divided as the media suggests. 80% of us share the same values. But people are scared to talk about it."
Ramaswamy's series, "Truths with Vivek Ramaswamy," aired on Fox News at 10 p.m. Eastern on Sunday. It also debuted on Fox Nation that same night.
In the series, Ramaswamy asked a big question. Was Republican laziness to blame for the weak red wave in 2022?
He gave a bold prediction for 2024. If Republicans don’t step up, they could see the same result.
"We railed against Democrats but gave no vision of our own," he said. "Unless we fix that now, we’re in for a rude surprise this November."
He emphasized the challenge Republicans face. "We're not just up against a candidate. We're up against a machine. We need to focus on who we are and what we stand for, not just the other side's tricks."
Ramaswamy also appeared on "Fox & Friends Weekend." There, he discussed the series and his new book, "Truths," with Pete Hegseth.
"The path to truth comes through free speech and open debate," he said. "The book is meant to arm people with arguments, so they can talk to left-leaning friends and family at the dinner table."
