Many on the left think a $25 minimum wage is the answer to fixing the economy. Nevermind how it would doom many small businesses and kill a lot of entry-level jobs.
A Texas McDonald's has shown a great response to those calling for $25 minimum wage.
In Texas, McDonald's has generated a lot of discussion and curiosity by starting to test its first robotic restaurant.
At its location in Fort Worth, Texas, the McDonald's branch has fully automated operations, allowing customers to order and retrieve their meals without any human interaction.

The concept of a fully automated fast food restaurant, which may appeal to introverts, gained widespread attention online after a video from inside the McDonald's branch in Fort Worth, Texas was shared on TikTok and Instagram by user foodiemunster. The video, which has been viewed over 1.2 million times, demonstrates how customers can use automated screens to place their orders and then collect their meals through a machine.
According to a statement from McDonald's, the fully automated restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas features a new "Order Ahead lane," where customers can receive their orders on a conveyor belt. The restaurant is part of McDonald's "Accelerating the Arches" growth strategy, which aims to enhance the customer experience through innovation.
"When you step inside the test restaurant concept, you'll notice it's considerably smaller than a traditional McDonald's restaurant in the U.S. Why? The features—inside and outside—are geared toward customers who are planning to dine at home or on the go," McDonald's said in the statement.
"Inside the restaurant, there's a delivery pick-up room for couriers to retrieve orders quickly and conveniently. There are also kiosks, where customers can place their orders to go, and a pick-up shelf for orders. Outside the restaurant, there are several parking spaces dedicated to curbside order pick-up, as well as designated parking spaces for delivery drivers."
If $25 minimum wage is pushed forward look for businesses to make similar moves to this with jobs being lost in the process.
The minimum wage in Texas is $7.25 an hour—not enough to pay rent, put food on the table, or take care of your kids, without working a second or third job.
We need a minimum wage that's a living wage, so every American is paid at least $15 an hour, no matter where they live. pic.twitter.com/gfD2Gf7CpA

James Woods Reveals What He Thinks the Democrats Will Do in 2024
It's hard to imagine President Joe Biden running for re-election in 2024. With all of the Biden gaffes and brain freezes, it's hard to imagine anyone wants him leading our country four years from now.
That being said, who knows what the Democrats are going to do in 2024. California Governor Gavin Newsom has repeatedly denied he will run for president. Kamala Harris has botched her VP position so badly she's not even under consideration. Who the heck knows?
