Senator John Kennedy Has Three Words of Advice for Anti-Police Democrats

Louisiana Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) has a new ad campaign where he blasts “woke leaders” for the "surging" crime in his home state.

“Look, if you hate cops just because they’re cops, the next time you get in trouble, call a crackhead,” Kennedy said at the end of his ad.

New Orleans has taken over as the murder capital of the United States. On top of that, the city has a very understaffed police force.

Senator Kennedy is running a law and order campaign. He blames criminals for the crime, but strongly opposes defunding the police and releasing incarcerated individuals early.

Last month Kennedy released an ad where he announced he will cut taxes, fight crime and secure the border.

Kennedy is expected to win the Senate race. According to the Associated Press, he has $15.8 million on hand compared to $600,000 for his opponent Luke Mixon.

Mixon has ripped Kennedy for refusing to certify the 2020 election and opposing abortion rights. He has won the endorsement of Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards.
