Georgia Governor Brian Kemp is showing his true colors, proving that he is more of a RINO than a Conservative. Which is sad because up until this year, he was doing a great job as the man that voters elected.
Kemp rejected President Donald Trump's call to strengthen the Georgia recount by using his emergency powers.
“Georgia law prohibits the governor from interfering in elections. The Secretary of State, who is an elected constitutional officer, has oversight over elections that cannot be overridden by executive order,” Cody Hall, a Kemp spokesperson, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “As the governor has said repeatedly, he will continue to follow the law and encourage the Secretary of State to take reasonable steps – including a sample audit of signatures – to restore trust and address serious issues that have been raised.”
Over the weekend, President Donald Trump said during a phone interview with Fox News Channel's “Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo," that he regrets endorsing Kemp.
While discussing the 2020 presidential race in Georgia, the president said, “Everything has to be approved by the legislature, and they had judges making deals, and they had electoral officials making deals, like this character in Georgia who’s a disaster.”
Trump added, “And the governor’s done nothing. He’s done absolutely nothing. I’m ashamed that I endorsed him. But I look what’s going on. It’s so terrible. What happened in this election, Maria, I can’t imagine has ever happened before.”

Survey: Majority of Britons Believe BLM Increased Racial Tensions
