Court documents filed by Erica Herman, Woods' former live-in girlfriend for six years, claim that she was deceived by "agents" of Woods who convinced her to leave his Florida mansion for a brief vacation, only to later lock her out of the property. Herman, who is 38 years old, has made these allegations.
“Specifically, by trickery, agents of the Defendant convinced the Plaintiff to pack a suitcase for a short vacation and, when she arrived at the airport, they told her she had been locked out of her residence,” court documents stated, according to the BBC.
As soon as Herman left the property her personal belongings were “removed from the property.”

In another court document obtained by The Daily Mail, Erica Herman is seeking $30 million from Woods, alleging that she suffered "severe" emotional harm. She also claims that representatives of Woods took $40,000 of her money and made false and damaging accusations about how she acquired the funds.
Recently, Woods' legal team submitted a motion stating that the golfer terminated his relationship with Herman and explicitly informed her that she was not permitted to return to the property.
