President Trump Calls for Removal of Fox News Host

President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to express his frustration with two Fox News hosts. He posted a message directed at network executives calling for one specific panelist to be taken off the air entirely.

The President first reacted to a recent Fox News Sunday interview featuring Massachusetts Democrat Representative Jake Auchincloss. He accused anchor Shannon Bream of failing to correct Democratic politicians when they spread propaganda and lies during her program. Trump then turned his attention to Jessica Tarlov, a liberal co-host on The Five, demanding her removal.

"Tell Shannon Bream of FoxNews that it’s not the Save Act, it’s the Save America Act, a big difference!" Trump stated online. "Also, when she insists on having lightweight Democrat Congressmen, such as Jake Auchincloss, on her not very hard hitting show, she should correct them when they spew out Democrat propaganda and lies. She never does!"

Trump also defended his own record against the attacks made by the Democratic congressman. "I always close deals, unlike the Dems, and did great with China in every way, also, unlike the Dems!" Trump said.

The President then issued a direct demand to the network's leadership regarding Tarlov. "For Fox executives only, take Jessica Tarlov off the air," Trump wrote. "She is, from her voice, to her lies, and everything else about her, one of the worst 'personalities' on television, a real loser!"

The controversy stemmed from Auchincloss claiming on Sunday that the current war in Iran has been a failure. The congressman argued the ongoing military operation has given the Iranian regime leverage through its control of the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump has not shied away from criticizing Fox News or Tarlov in the past. During a March appearance on The Five, the President openly stated that he was not a fan of the liberal co-host. "And she uses fake numbers," Trump said. "She’ll give, 'Well, he’s only polling 42%.' That’s not right. Polling very high, actually."
