A new Rasmussen poll shows that nearly 40% of voters think presumed Democratic nominee Joe Biden has dementia, including 20% of Democrats.
Their latest telephone and online survey revealed that "38% of likely US voters think Biden is suffering from some form of dementia," while 48% disagree and 14% are not sure, per Zero Hedge.
Joe Biden is very confused.
He just falsely claimed 120 million Americans (more than one-third of the country) died from the coronavirus.
This is after he previously claimed 150 million Americans died from guns.

Many Trump supporters are chomping at the bit to see President Trump and Sleepy Joe in a debate. He has had multiple conversations with pre-recorded videos and has slipped into a trance and had to be pulled away by his wife multiple times.

As we draw closer to the election it's going to be interesting to see Joe Biden in a situation where he's not simply reading from a teleprompter.
