Pizza Chain Offers Free Pizza to Customers When They Need it the Most

Domino's has introduced its new "Emergency Pizza" initiative, allowing customers to claim a free medium two-topping pizza for those moments when they feel like they need it the most.

"Perhaps you burned dinner, the power went out or maybe your in-laws just dropped in without notice — whatever your emergency situation, Domino’s believes a free pizza can make anything better," Kate Trumbull, Domino’s senior vice president and chief brand officer, stated in a recent press release.

"Why did we launch Domino’s Emergency Pizza? With so much uncertainty in everyday life, we believe everyone needs a pizza pick-me-up at some point," Trumbull continued.

"The hardest part may just be deciding when to use your Emergency Pizza!"

To be eligible for the "Emergency Pizza" program, customers need to place an online delivery order worth $7.99 or more. By doing so, they'll automatically secure their complimentary emergency pizza, as stated in the announcement.

However, to claim this offer, one must be a part of Domino's latest loyalty program that provides members with special deals. After the qualifying online order, customers have a 30-day window to claim their free pizza.

The offer is available for Domino's enthusiasts starting now and will run through February 11, 2024.
