The DUI arrest video of Paul Pelosi, husband of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, has been arrested by police.
The California Highway Patrol released the video footage just after Pelosi was sentenced for a DUI charge.
In the video, the 82-year-old Pelosi is slurring his words and stumbling around just after his Porsche and another car collided in the Napa Valley area.

During the video Pelosi also asks what a balance test is. He also has to be told by an officer that holding onto the car for balance defeats the purpose of the test.

On Tuesday Pelosi was sentenced to three years probation and five days jail time. Included in his probation is eight hours of a court work program, a three-month drinking and driving course, a $150 fine and an ignition interlock device affixed to his car for one year.
