On Tuesday, Oregon Governor Kate Brown announced that she is reinstating mask mandates for outdoor public settings, claiming that it is a "necessary measure."
“Today, I’m announcing that effective Friday, August 27, masks will be required in all public outdoor settings where physical distancing is not possible, regardless of vaccination status,” Brown said. “Masks have proven to be effective at reducing transmission and are a necessary measure right now even in some outdoor settings to help us fight COVID and to protect one another."

I think it goes without saying that she is a Democrat....funny how they are the ones constantly going along with this nonsense and pining for more power and control.

The Democrat governor also said the Oregon Health Authority is “strongly” recommending masking in outdoor gatherings at private residents if the gathering involves individuals from different households and physical distancing is not feasible.
She later added that the rule “doesn’t mean you have to wear a mask at all times outdoors.”
“You do not need to mask up for the fleeting pass by on a hiking trail or your morning walk with your dog,” she said, attempting to lessen the blow.
“It does mean that you must take personal responsibility and use common sense in outdoor spaces where you can’t physically distance yourself,” she continued, adding that masking is a “simple act of kindness and compassion” that will protect communities.
Uh, no. Studies show that the masks do not work. And apparently neither do the vaccines since she doesn't care if you have been vaccinated or not. Just like other Democrats, she wants submission and complete control.
I hope people do not comply.

Senator Marsha Blackburn roasted Nancy Pelosi and others who are calling for renewed mask mandates, stating that they "obviously are not following the science and they do not believe in the efficacy of the vaccines."
