First Lady Melania Trump revealed on Wednesday that she used "a more natural route" or "vitamins and healthy food" to treat her symptoms of coronavirus. She is also encouraging Americans to have "a balanced diet, fresh air, and vitamins."
While she did not specify which foods or vitamins she took, she is highly urging people to live a healthier lifestyle.
"I encourage everyone to continue to live the healthiest life they can. A balanced diet, fresh air, and vitamins really are vital to keep our bodies healthy," she said.
Since it is a virus, there is no "cure" but eating healthier and supplementing vitamins such as vitamin C, D, and zinc can help boost the immune system. In return, your body has a stronger defense and will overcome sickness much easier than those with unhealthy tendencies.
