Megyn Kelly criticized ESPN for featuring transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, a biological male, in its women's history month segment. She also called out Kamala Harris for disregarding white women and Republican women in her tribute to women.
On her podcast "The Megyn Kelly Show" on Sirius XM, the host discussed ESPN's inclusion of Lia Thomas in a tribute titled "Celebrating Women's History Month" with her guests, Amala Ekpunobi and Evita Duffy-Alfonso.
The network praised Lia Thomas in the article for the progress she made in transitioning from competing against men to competing against women.

“We’ve gone too far, Amala,” Kelly said. “They want tolerance. We want tolerance. We want tolerance for our spaces and our awards and our sports.”

“Lia Thomas has got severe mental issues if you read The Daily Wire piece,” she stated, noting a report from the Daily Wire about what she called Thomas’ “weird fetishes,” which the swimmer has not addressed.
“The fact that they are now….asking us to celebrate Lia Thomas as one of the women we should be stopping to pause and celebrate on women’s month,” Kelly continued. “They’ve gone too far.”
According to Duffy-Alfonso, ESPN should feel ashamed for promoting their agenda to young viewers and all of their audience.
In a separate incident, the ex-Fox News Host criticized Vice President Harris for neglecting to acknowledge the Republican women who had achieved significant milestones in her "weird video" tribute to women as the backbone of democracy during Women's History Month.
“If you were a Republican who’d achieved anything, you were f***ing gone,” Kelly said and also apologized for swearing. “However, sadly Kamala Harris forgot some important women in her tribute.”
The host pointed out that Vice President Harris failed to acknowledge trailblazers such as Democrat Geraldine Ferraro, who was the first woman to receive a nomination from her party and to become a vice-presidential nominee.
Kelly implied that Harris purposely omitted Ferraro's accomplishments in order to focus on highlighting Hillary Clinton and possibly even herself.
