I know this sound completely insane, but this is exactly how it went down.
It sounds like Biden is gurgling while he speaks on this video. Beyond being almost impossible to understand, the video was a mess technically. Overall I'd rate it as a complete disaster.
Biden starts off with, "Hi, I'm Joe Biden's husband....Joe Biden."
This is the best the Democrats could come up with in four years? Even more crazily this is the guy with the huge lead in every poll?

Honestly, it's sad at this point. This week he was able to pull it together for a speaking engagement and actually look somewhat composed. Perhaps his handlers ran out of whatever he was on that day as he's now back to normal.
Every time I see a poll with him ahead I think it's beginning to look a lot like the same thing happened with Hillary Clinton.
Time will tell.

De Blasio Announces Plan to Reopen Schools with 'Maximum Number of Kids'
