Most people think about nurses, doctors and other healthcare workers when they think of people out there on the frontline battling the Coronavirus. Let's not forget about those out there braving the elements to bring you delivery food.
Domino's Pizza has stepped up big-time and rewarded their frontline employees. The company is giving a $1,200 bonus to each of their employees in company-owned stores. This comes to more than 11,500 employees. This adds up to over $9.6 million total in bonuses.
“We have the honor and privilege of being open and operating throughout the US during this crisis, and we recognize that we could not be doing it without the hard work and dedication of our team members,” Domino’s chief executive Ritch Allison said in a statement. “This is our way of saying thank you to these remarkable people.”

The pizza industry is one that has experienced increased revenue during the pandemic. It's good to see the company reward their employees instead of just pocketing the extra profit.
