On Thursday, the former vice president called for every single American to wear a mask outside for at least the next three months during a virtual coronavirus briefing.
“Let’s institute a mask mandate nationwide,” Biden said, “Every single American should be wearing a mask when they are outside for the next three months at a minimum."

“Every governor should mandate mandatory mask wearing,” he said, with claims that it would save 40,000 lives. You know what would save millions of lives, Biden? Closing down abortion clinics!
He also attempted to cut down people's rights, claiming it has nothing to do with rights “but your responsibility as an American.” Nope, sorry. Other people's health is not my responsibility. My family eats healthy, takes vitamins, and gets plenty of sunshine. We will not wear masks because of any so called "responsibility."
“Be a patriot,” Biden added.

On Thursday, Attorney General William Barr appeared on Fox News Channel's "Hannity," in which he praised Seattle Police Chief Carmen Best. He said that “unless we support the police, we’re not going to have a police force. These communities are not going to have the safety.”
Barr added that “a lot of the liberals will buy themselves out of that. They’ll go to resort towns and so forth, and they’ll escape the consequences of it. But the people in the inner cities won’t. … That’s not caring about black lives.”
