The wussification of the NFL has been a slow burn over the past couple of decades. CTE and brain injuries are serious things, but these roughing the passer penalties are completely out of control.

Comedian Kevin Hart used the ridiculous penalties as an opportunity to make people laugh.
During a segment on the show on the ESPN show "Get Up," Hart instructed the hosts exactly how you can properly take down a quarterback without drawing a flag.

These calls have been happening in response to the serious injuries suffered by Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Keeping him on the field with the injuries he suffered was a big mistake, but this is what happens when you let social media dictate the rules of your sport.
