Biden Administration Quietly Restarts Trump's Biggest Campaign Promise

During the Joe Biden presidential campaign in 2020 he loved to use the words "not another foot." Something must have changed because on Thursday the Biden administration approved a plan to complete a section of the border wall near Yuma, Arizona.

Four significant gaps in the wall will be filled. These gaps have made the Yuma area one of the busiest corridors for illegal immigration crossings.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayork authorized the plan which was started by the Trump administration. It was formed to "deploy modern, effective border measures" and improve "safety and security along the Southwest Border," the agency said.

The funding for the project will come from the Homeland Security 2021 budget. Initially, the plan was for it to be funded by the Defense Department.

Democrats have claimed they will hold him to it. Time will tell if that turns out to be true.

Biden realized his Trump Derangement System was getting the best of him and the wall definitely serves a purpose.
