Accountability Now: Randy Fine To Confront Omar On House Floor

Rep. Randy Fine is calling for Rep. Ilhan Omar to be expelled from the United States. The Florida Republican told Newsmax on Sunday that he agrees with President Trump’s recent demands. Fine stated that his goal is to see her removed from the country entirely.

President Trump recently highlighted allegations of massive fraud in Minnesota. He pointed to investigations involving billions of dollars in federal aid programs. Trump also repeated past personal allegations against the Minnesota congresswoman.

Fine believes Omar represents broader failures in current U.S. immigration policy. He promised that his efforts will move beyond just making public statements. "She'll deal with it on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives," Fine said.

The Florida representative also targeted Governor Tim Walz during the interview. He criticized the governor’s handling of state programs currently under federal scrutiny. Fine dismissed Walz’s claims that there is no evidence of $9 billion in fraud.

"This happened under his watch," Fine said regarding the Minnesota governor. He suggested that similar fraud problems likely exist in other Democratic-led states. Fine expects more issues to be uncovered as investigations continue nationwide.

Fine is also pursuing new legislation to restrict all public benefits. He argued that taxpayer-funded programs must be limited to U.S. citizens only. His bill would end welfare for all noncitizens, whether they are legal or illegal.+2

The congressman framed the entire matter as a question of government accountability. He intends to keep pressing for Omar’s removal and the welfare restrictions in Congress. Fine said his main priority is protecting American taxpayers from fraud and abuse.
