A video of a woman being dragged off the beach by cops in Miami, Florida while holding a "We Are Free" sign has gone viral.
Kimberly Falkenstine, 33, was arrested on charges including violating an emergency order, trespassing and resisting an officer without violence, according to an arrest report, per NBC Miami.
