Former NFL superstar and Jackson State coach Deion Sanders took the job at Colorado, who is coming off of a 1-11 season. In his first meeting with his new team, he did not mince words.
Coach Sanders came in and shockingly told the players on this team to find a new team by hitting the transfer portal.
He told the Colorado Buffalos in the locker room that he already has his quarterback picked out, his son Shedeur.

“It ain’t gonna be no more of a mess that these wonderful fans, the student body and some of your parents have put up with for probably two decades now. I’m coming, and when I get here, it’s gonna be changed,” Sanders said to his new team. “So I want y’all to get ready to go ahead and jump in the portal and do whatever you’re gonna get because if more of you jump in, the more room you make.”

Sanders spent three years coaching Jackson State, compiling a 27-5 record and won two SWAC championships while at Jackson State, including a 43-24 win in the SWAC title game on Saturday.
There's just one hitch of Colorado AD Rick George's plan to bring in "Coach Prime." He doesn't yet have the money.
